Instant Quinoa Flour – Gluten Free

Quinoa is a raw material increasingly valued by the food industry for its versatility and nutritional value. We work with domestically sourced quinoa through partnerships with certified Brazilian producers, ensuring a short supply chain, quality, and traceability.

Starting with the grain, we also carry out in-house processing to produce items such as quinoa flour and flakes, expanding the range of possible applications.

In the food industry, quinoa can be used in a variety of formulations, such as cereal bars, granola, cookies, and baked goods, helping to enrich recipes and add value to products.

Full process control

We monitor every stage of the manufacturing process: cleaning, peeling, hydrothermal treatment, and flocking. Our processes are monitored and traceable.
