Golden Flaxseed

Golden flaxseed is a raw material widely used in the food industry, valued for its nutritional profile and versatility in various formulations. We source our products through partnerships with producers and suppliers, ensuring quality, traceability, and products that meet the requirements of Brazilian law.

Starting with the grain, we also carry out in-house processes, such as the production of whole-grain flaxseed flour, which is ground in our own facility and produced by utilizing 100% of the grain.

It can be used in various categories of the food industry, such as cereal bars, granola, cookies, and baked goods, helping to enrich formulations and add nutritional value to products.

Full process control

We monitor every stage of the manufacturing process: cleaning, peeling, hydrothermal treatment, and flocking. Our processes are monitored and traceable.
